During my recent stay at AM Hirschgarten, I indulged in an unexpected culinary escape. The restaurant truly embraces a modern approach to cooking, showcasing a menu filled with seasonal dishes crafted from fresh, carefully selected ingredients. I opted for a traditional Swabian meal, intriguingly enhanced with French and international flavors. The thoughtful presentation and balance of flavors surprised me, and I thoroughly appreciated this twist on familiar tastes. The ambiance of the dining area was inviting, serving as a perfect bridge between the restaurant and the lounge at the attractive bar. While I had to jet off early, it was clear that they have created a space that encourages leisurely dining experiences, which I would have savored more given the chance. In general, my experience was streamlined and free from fuss; the friendly staff effortlessly arranged an earlier breakfast for me. I left feeling both satisfied and eager to recommend AM Hirschgarten to fellow food enthusiasts exploring Stuttgart. It's a culinary gem worth experiencing.
